Here are the details:

  • Fill out the form below or call 855-585-5858 now. Inform the operator that you are submitting a lead, and they will assist you.

  • An account manager will contact you to thank you and collect any additional information.

  • If you are the owner of the house for sale, you will not be eligible for the referral bonus. Instead, you can put money in your pocket by purchasing your house!

  • For each lead that results in a purchase, we will pay 10% of the purchase price for the lead or $1,000.00, whichever is less.

  • If more than one person submits a lead for the same property, we will honor the first person to input the lead.

  • We reserve the right to reject leads for any reason, including website scraping or pulling mass data from the MLS or other websites.

  • To be eligible, all leads must include the owner’s name, phone number, or another way to reach them.

  • Leads will no longer be valid if the property owner changes or if they have been in the database for over a year.

  • We reserve the right to change the rules for this program at any time.

  • We can only accept leads from the MLS from the individuals who have been in contact directly with the owner.  Our teams consistently reviews online listings.  If the referal is a property we already are aware of it will not be eligible for a referral bonus.
